Who Can Enter

This giveaway is open to:

• People living in India.
• Anyone 18 years or older.
• Not employees of Nufyt Ventures Pvt. Ltd & their affiliates.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts on 1st August and ends on 31st August as mentioned in the Instagram/Linkedin post. All entries must be received by the deadline.

Prize

The first 2,000 users who sign up will receive a free NUFYT Plant Protein Sample (pack of 4). The sample is not for resale, can’t be exchanged for cash, and is limited to one pack per person.

Picking the Winner

Winners will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, giving priority to early followers and signups of Nufyt. We’ll reach out to selected winners via email or WhatsApp within 15 days after the giveaway ends.

Using Your Information

By entering, you agree to let Nufyt Ventures Pvt. Ltd. use your name, email, and mobile number for promotional activities, like announcing the winner or sharing contest updates.

Our Responsibility

We’re not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage caused by participating in the giveaway or using the prize. By joining, you agree not to hold Nufyt Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates responsible for any issues related to the contest or prize.

Solving Disputes

If there’s any disagreement about the giveaway, it will be settled through arbitration in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, under the Indian Council of Arbitration rules. The arbitrator’s decision is final.

Changes to the Giveaway

We can change, pause, or cancel the giveaway or these terms at any time without notice.
