Shipping policy

At Nufyt, we do our best to make sure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and with complete transparency.

Serviceability

  • We ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India as per government guidelines.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time: 3 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery may vary depending on your location and courier partner operations.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹899.
  • ₹40 shipping charge on prepaid orders below ₹899.
  • ₹50 charge all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Order Cancellations & Rejections

  • Prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refund.
  • For COD orders rejected at delivery or orders cancelled while in transit, shipping charges for both to & from will be charged at actuals.

Address Updates

  • Shipping address can be updated after dispatch, provided the PIN code and state remain unchanged.
  • Any changes must be shared promptly at hello@nufyt.com

Delivery Responsibility

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
  • Nufyt will not be responsible if the package is received by someone other than the intended recipient at the given address.

Claims for Shortages or Damages 

  • All claims must be raised on the day of delivery.
  • Please share an unboxing video along with details by emailing hello@nufyt.com

Delays & Exceptions

  • We work with trusted courier partners and India Post to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Nufyt is not liable for delays due to courier partner issues, remote/inaccessible areas, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events).
  • In rare cases where delivery isn’t possible, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
