Does it taste chalky, like most plant proteins?

How does the taste guarantee work?
It applies to 1kg and 2kg orders of a single flavour. Raise a claim within 48 hours of delivery and we settle it as store credit. We cannot accept returns on opened packs because of contamination risk, so it is credit rather than a cash refund. Mixed 500g packs adding up to 1kg, standalone 500g pouches and sachet boxes are not covered.
Will it make me bloated?
Bloating with plant protein usually comes from the fibre and plant compounds, not the protein. The two enzymes and the spore probiotic in NUFYT are there to help break the protein down and support digestion. Everyone's gut is different, which is why the sachet box exists.
Is this as good as whey for building muscle?
On the two measures that matter — completeness and BCAAs — the blend sits alongside whey: 0.98 PDCAAS versus whey's 1.0, and 5–5.5g of BCAAs against whey's 5–6g. The difference is that this one has no lactose.
How do I mix it?
One scoop in 250–300ml of water or plant milk. It mixes clear, so it works in water without going thick or gritty.

What is guar protein? Is it the same as guar gum?
No. Guar gum is a thickener used to improve texture cheaply. Guar protein is the protein fraction of the Indian cluster bean — it adds protein and a natural prebiotic fibre. We use the protein, not the gum.
