Refund policy
NUFYT Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy
At NUFYT, we uphold strict food safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Because our products are consumable health supplements, we do not offer cash refunds or accept returns on delivered products once they leave our facility in good condition.
1. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: You may request to cancel your order by emailing hello@nufyt.com within 12 hours of placing it. Approved cancellations will be issued as a NUFYT Store Credit / Gift Card (minus a 10% transaction processing fee).

After Dispatch: Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled in transit. If you refuse delivery, a NUFYT Gift Card equal to your order value (minus forward and return shipping charges) will be issued once the shipment is marked as "RTO (Return to Origin) Initiated".
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue NUFYT Store Credit / Gift Card equivalent to the item value.
To lodge a claim: Email hello@nufyt.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and videos clearly showing:

The unopened outer package and shipping label.

The tax invoice inside the box.

The damaged seal, broken pouch, or incorrect item.
Eligible Conditions for Replacement/Store Credit:

Outer packaging water damage affecting product integrity.

Tampered or broken inner seals.

Incorrect variant or missing item shipped.
3. No Cash Refunds & Returns

No Returns: To maintain absolute product safety for all customers, delivered packages cannot be returned or picked up for resale under any circumstances.

No Cash Refunds: All verified and approved claims (cancellations, missing items, or verified damage) are processed exclusively via NUFYT Store Credit / Gift Cards.

Gift Card Validity: Store credits/gift cards are delivered to your registered email address within 3–5 business days of claim verification and remain valid for 12 months.
